340 Promotions sponsors monthly seminars for officials, judges and referees. These seminars are conducted for the sole purpose of refreshing and improving the quality of officials in the VI, the seminars will be conducted by the following distinguished officials

• Referee: Luis Pabon of Puerto Rico with over 25 World Championship bouts to his credit.
• Judge: Levi Martinez from New Mexico has worked more than 50 World Title bouts
• Judge: Dr. Ruben Garcia, from Texas with more than 60 World Title bouts to his credit

There are also separate seminars for commission members in the USVI conducted by Mr. Anibal Miramontes, President of FightFax, the official record keeper of the Association of Boxing Commissioners designated by the US Congress as the official overseer of professional boxing in the US.

Each 340 Promotions event  features a quality main event with a regional Title on the line such as a WBA FECARIBE Title bout featuring Victor "Mermelada" Cayo with a record of 18-0 from the Dominican Republic versus Noe "Platanito" Bolanos 20-3 from Mexico. These title bouts give local fans a taste of what the future holds like for the young boxers of the USVI.

The undercard will feature our proud Olympians John and Julius Jackson. Local Boxer Samuel Rogers will also be featured. There will be boxers from the Caribbean region also boxing on this historic card.

The mission of 340 Promotions is the development of professional as well as amateur boxing in the USVI with Operation London 2012 whose sole purpose is the capturing of the very first Olympic boxing medal for the USVI as well as the development of future professional World Champions. We want to make the Virgin Islands the Boxing Mecca of the Caribbean. 340 Promotions intends for the Virgin Islands to be in the Caribbean what Las Vegas is to boxing on the US Mainland.

All of these programs will be supervised by one of the most recognized figures in the boxing world Mr. Sampson Lewkowicz who represents 5 (Five) current World Champions:
